Join us to celebrate the arrival of autumn at Glen Dye
Celebrate the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness at Glen Dye where the colours, tastes, smells and textures and sounds of Autumn are at their best.
We have teamed up with our friend, game and fire cooking chef par excellence, Tim Maddams who will treat you to an immersive cooking demo followed by a delicious dinner in our newly configured pop-up restaurant.
Following dinner, there will be a performance by Glaswegian folk legend Robin Adams and his band.
Demo, dinner and music tickets: £85.00pp | 5:00pm arrival
If you can’t come to the demo and dinner, join us anyway.
Enjoy a dram on us and a short acoustic set from the astonishing Robin Adams in the Glen Dye Arms and library during the dinner, before joining the main performance up at the Woodshed.
Drinks and bar snacks will be available to purchase specially made for the evening by Tim Maddams and our co-founder Caroline Gladstone.

Meet Tim Maddams
Tim is a creative consultant to food brands and runs his own private chef events, podcast and foraging and field sports events.
Tim is most well known for his time running the Canteen in Axminster for River Cottage. Having moved from Devon to Moray with his family Tim now has his feet firmly planted in Scotland, and we can’t wait to welcome him back to Glen Dye once again.
Meet Robin Adams
Robin Adams is a Glasgow-based singer/songwriter. He has released 6 full-length folk albums all of which have received critical acclaim.
