Description
Homemade in small batches in the kitchen at Glen Dye by Caroline.
This honey comes from hives owned by Caroline and looked after by Audrey, which are colonised by black Scottish bees (apis mellifera mellifera).
The hives are located in a spot on Glen Dye where the bees have access to trees and wildflowers in the spring and early summer and heather in the early autumn. This is what gives our honey its very special flavour.
