We have teamed up with local butcher par excellence, H. M. Sheridan, to provide you with a selection of delicious meat for you to cook and enjoy during your stay with us.
We have selected cuts that will work beautifully on the Big Green Egg as well as on the conventional cooker. Choose from:
The Breakfast and Dinner Hamper (6 free range pork sausages, 6 rashers of back bacon, 2 free range chicken fillets, 2 Aberdeen Angus sirloin steaks and a venison fillet for 2)
The Dinner Hamper (2 free range chicken fillets, 2 Aberdeen Angus sirloin steaks and a venison fillet for 2) Each hamper is for 2 people. Pre-order and we can leave these in the fridge in your cottage for your arrival.
The BBQ Hamper (6 pork sausages, 2 Tennessee burgers, 2 maple glaze pork steaks, 2 ribeye steak, 2 chicken kebabs, a tub of coleslaw and 2 soft white rolls).
