Description

Homemade in small batches in the kitchen at Glen Dye by Caroline.

In August and September, the forest at Glen Dye is full of fat, juicy wild blaeberries. For those of you who don’t know, a blaeberry is a Scottish blueberry.

Caroline braves the ferocious midges and forages the blaeberries. She then turns them into jars of deep purple joy for you to spread on your toast for breakfast or a crumpet at tea-time.
