Description

This honey comes from hives owned by Caroline and looked after by Audrey, who is he beekeeping expert. The hives are colonised by black Scottish bees (apis mellifera mellifera).

The hives are located in a spot on Glen Dye where the bees have access to trees and wildflowers in the spring and early summer and heather in the early autumn. This is what gives our honey its very special flavour.

Audrey harvests the honey once a year, and once it’s gone, it’s gone!
