A Space To Occupy All Ages

The Clubhouse was launched in spring 2026. It is situated inside The Woodshed, which is at the top of the hill behind The Steadings.

Here you will find ping pong, snooker, vintage arcade games, table football, board games, a juke box and an honesty bar. Here you will find fun! This is a wonderful space for all ages and is perfect for rainy afternoons or fun-filled evenings.

It is available only to residents for a small daily charge.

1 day access – £25
3 day access – £55
7 day access – £95

To book just come and see us in the estate office, where you will be given access via your key fob.

You may share the space with other residents, but that makes it all the more fun.

A couple of notes.

The Clubhouse is here for your enjoyment. Perhaps we should have called it The Funhouse.

But. There’s always a but, isn’t there?

Before we allow you access we kindly ask that you sign an agreement in the estate office.

The Clubhouse has some fragile and even antique stuff in it and we want to make sure that that is kept in perfect condition so that everyone at Glen Dye can enjoy it. In particular we have a beautiful jukebox, a very old table football and a bespoke pool table with luminous orange baize.

All of these things are easy to damage. None will survive too much exuberance. So, in using the Clubhouse, you are agreeing that anything that is broken by you/your party will be charged back to you. A ripped baize, for example, will cost the perpetrator perhaps as much as £1000.
